2,12/356 type production line:
The users buy product packaging (plastic woven cloth or yardage roll: width 14cm-15cm, length 4.3m, 1 bundle/roller)
3,The users supply dia.2.90m/m~0.90m/m annealed wire which will be washed by acid before plated.
4,The users should supply bricks, cements, tap-water pipeline, drainage ditch and effluent treatment.
2. Electro Galvanized Production Line Process:
Passive I-wheel take-up line →heat-treating annealing furnace →cooling pipe →overflow closed pickling tank →overflow five-stage cold water washing tank →overflow Eight-stage electroplating tank → overflow five-stage cold water washing tank→hot water washing →electric drying →Vertical wire take-up machine
